Isagon Associates (“Isagon”) is pleased to announce that it has provided project management services to the owners of Nursing Hygiene Group (NHG) and Clinicare Supplies Ltd (Clinicare) during their recently announced merger.
Based in Southwater, West Sussex and Chatham, Kent respectively, NHG and Clinicare have established themselves as pre-eminent providers of consumable supplies and equipment to the UK’s care sector. The merger represents the joining of two businesses very similar in target markets, products and services and is aimed at providing scale, operating efficiencies and a new and broader set of services to customers.
Nathan Campbell, MD of Clinicare, said: “Thank you to Graham Hart, without whose input we would not have been able to make it through the transaction process. Graham managed the merger process for the owners of both businesses very well and handled the flow of information needed throughout due diligence and our contract negotiations.”
Scott Andrews, MD of Nursing Hygiene Group added: “Graham’s involvement ensured that we could maintain our focus on the day to day running of our businesses while the merger project was kept running on time and budget.”
The transaction is expected to complete around the end of October
